The location decision is completely up to you! Whether you want the pictures taken in the grandparent’s backyard or atop a mountain ridge, I’m down for it. If you would like suggestions, I have a full DMV Location Guide ready to send to you!  

There are no additional travel fees if the location is within 50 miles of Leesburg, VA.

VA weather is notoriously finicky, so I don’t make any weather changes until the last minute. However, if it’s starting to look like rain may be an issue as we get closer to the session, I will look into some indoor options for your photos. Indoor location options vary based on the size of your family group. 

I haven’t yet had to cancel on an extended family session due to sickness in the past 14 years of my photography business (knock on wood, right?). However, if that ever does happen, I will not only refund your retention fee but will also do my absolute best to help you find a comparable replacement photographer.

Nope! I welcome any and all photo combination requests and will even offer to help create that list ahead of time so none are forgotten. The only reason why a combination may not be captured is if the parties involved in that combination refuse to be photographed.
